the problem is depo is no contact number you cant speak to anybody. Never sell my items on depot again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My money was released to me and as a top seller they put my payment dates back to how they were before.Was given free Boosted listings for the weekend as way of an apology.
Please contact me asap as youve now changed my payment dates EIGHT DATES and given NO REASON. Its my income and its affected now my mental health really badly that ive had to call trading standards and a paralegal on to move forward as ive sent you ENDLESS emails on to how URGENT this is.Your also aware of my sad circumstances with my business partner suddenly losing his mum and my father aged 90 being seriously sick and with latter onset dementia so having this to cope with when ive done absolutely nothing wrong youve made me feel near breaking point.Ive now an appointment with my GP because im not coping.

I ordered a item and it was not what I ordered and i want a refund.
Depop is the worst company ever. They let people scam others on their platform.
I ordered a pair of black metallic Jordan 5s and was sent an old pair of Nike shoes worth nothing. I contacted Depop, and they refused to refund my money.
This company needs to be investigated by the federal government for fraud. The shoes they sent me are pictured below.

Hi I am really upset my account has been suspended and my payout is supposed to come I contacted yesterday about my payout information to ask when it will come they said it will come 2 days and I contacted today shuns for an update and they randomly said my account has been suspended this is absolutely ridiculous.
